Crossroads operates a food pantry at the shelter as an emergency resource for EAST BOSTON RESIDENTS who need food assistance for their families and themselves.
General Guidelines:
- Only use the Pantry when all other resources have been used. The Pantry is for emergencies only.
- The food you pick up is for you and your family. Do not give this food out, exchange, or sell it.
- Our food supplies are limited. For this reason you may only make an appointment to pick up twice a month or every 15 days.
- A missed appointment (failure to show up) will count as one of your pick ups.
- An appointment will only qualify if you speak to someone in person, or over the phone. Voice messages do not count. Under no circumstances do we accept pick up walk ins.
